The planning stage of my latest project is progressing – but very slowly. What I want to build sounds really simple but has turned out to be an engineering/architectural nightmare. It is all down to translating the ideas in my head into a building structure that will not collapse within days. I have to remain secretive in case I cannot build what I want; but lets just say that I wish Rik Pierce would call by for the day and sort things out for me. Meanwhile it is back to bits of cardboard, a scalpel and masking tape!!! My children think I am mad.

Well the good thing is that if a cardboard wall falls over no lives will be lost and you can start again. Good luck with your architecural challenge!

ReplyDeleteHi Carol Good luck with your plans :) Lol yes I think we are the only 2 in Ireland that are into minis :D I have not found any other Irish blog. I am sorry I dont know of any clubs or such I did ask in the dollshouse shop in Blackrock and the lady there told me that they tried a few years ago to get one going but not enough interest. Do you know that one ? its only open at the weekend though. If I ever come across anything I will let you know :) I hope you and your family had a wonderful Easter.
